Industrial Ethernet 5-port Switch Unmanaged 4 x 10/100 Mbit/s Base T ports 1 x 100 Mbit/s Base FX ports SC connectors
Description
The SDW-541 is an unmanaged 5-port switch with a 100 Mbit / s SFP fiber port or Gbit Ethernet port and 4 10/100 Mbit / s copper or Gbit Ethernet ports. The SDW-541 is designed for use in industrial applications and therefore has two power inputs for operation from 10 to 57 VDC. The total galvanic isolation between each door is reinforced by the unique insulation provided between each frame screen. The IP 21 degree of protection guarantees that the unit can be installed in places where condensation may occur. Only industrial components are used that provide the SDW-541 with a MTBF of 675,000 hours and guarantee a long service life. The temperature range is -25 to + 70 ° C (-13 to + 158 ° F) and the product is fanless. The SDW-541 has been tested by both Westermo and external test houses to meet many EMC, insulation, vibration and shock standards, all at the highest levels suitable for industrial environments. Network diagnostics are simplified by including port mirroring on a single port that allows monitoring of data flow through the switch through a network analyzer. All five ports can have data transmission speed and flow control blocked via the DIP switch even at 10 Mbit / s, this can eliminate problems with old legacy Ethernet devices that are not able to support automatic negotiation .
